Static demo behaviour
The current demo does not collect form submissions on a website server. Enquiry tools create a draft email in the visitor’s own mail application.
Production implementation
If a production version adds server-side forms, analytics, applicant tracking, marketing automation or other systems that process personal information, the privacy notice, consent wording, retention practices and operator arrangements should be updated accordingly.
Published Information Officer
Lamatsamo’s PAIA manual identifies Bonisile Fortunate Shongwe as Information Officer and publishes admin@lamatsamoholdings.co.za with the company office number.
Final POPIA wording and internal compliance processes remain the responsibility of Lamatsamo Holdings and its appointed advisers.
